Israel Day Parade New York City 2022

Just watching the Israel Day Parade on The Jewish Broadcasting Service channel today after the 2 year covid hiatus. Agonizing because I have to watch this from The West Coast instead of being there in person but I still find it to be a heart warming experience. But then I saw this Lamborghini and I was like damn, I really wish I was there more then ever right now.

And back here in The San Francisco Bay Area, although not quite the same kind of sweet ride as a Zionist Lamborghini ZIM you can still see ZIM on the move every day around here.

This photo of San Francisco City Hall is from earlier this month. Not the first time the city has honored Israel's birthday in this fashion but this photo is the best I've seen in years.

About an hour and a half from The San Francisco is Sacramento, the state capitol. Now maybe you knew already that Ashkelon Israel is a sister city of Sacramento. But did you also know that back in 2012 BDSholes from the Sacramento area attempted to appeal to the city counsel to not partner with Ashkelon over the usual anti-Israel bullshit reasons? Guess how that worked out?

ZIM makes brief appearance on Bay Area KPIX Channel 5 news

I was watching the local news this morning when I happened to spot this ZIM cargo container during a story about The Port of Oakland. I can only hope that maybe some local BDSholes may have happened to have seen it to.

By the way, look what I found in Monterey (south just outside The SF Bay Area) this weekend.

March 12 Update:  So yesterday I finally got a chance to use my Israel plate I purchased in Monterey as something more then a display item at home. Every Friday afternoon there is a dueling protest at The University of berkeley that I had an opportunity for a change to take part in. As you can see, with the putin's invasion of Ukraine into it's 3rd week leftist anti-semites like marina gutierrez have already hijacked the crisis for their own agenda despite there being zero parallels. Prior to the invasion, I don't recall Ukraine firing rockets into russia, trying to infiltrate russian territory through terror tunnels or even threatening russia's very existence....do you?

Last week I spotted this electronic billboard off of highway 580 between Castro Valley and Dublin (San Francisco Bay Area).

Smooth ride for ZIM on the Puget Sound waters

Rarely do I post about anything having to do with Israel on this blog if it's not specific to The San Francisco Bay Area. But this photo would be one of those rare times. I love Seattle, I love Israel and I love BDS fails. So ofcourse I love this photo of a ZIM cargo freighter cruising the waters of The Puget Sound with the Seattle's iconic Space Needle in the back ground.

https://mikereport.wordpress.com/2021/06/21/bds-fail-as-anti-israel-rioters-outwitted-and-outwaited-by-zim-shipping/

Getting back to the San Francisco Bay Area, I've been seeing these "ZIMonitor" cargo containers on the highway for the first time in past coupe weeks now. After a quick Google search I learned that these are special temperature controlled cargo containers that customers can monitor adjust remotely. How cool is that!? Learn more about ZIMonitor and The Z Factor which is another top of the line ZIM cargo container model rolled out for 2021 that can also be seen on Bay Area highways in recent weeks . . .

All that new ZIM transportation tech aside, you can still find plenty of the more older model containers on Bay Area roads.

Pro Israel demonstration on Berkeley bridge elicits strong response

For many year now this pedestrian bridge over highway 80 in Berkeley has been a favorite site for various left wing movements to "advertise" their agendas and ideology. Now, some of them have been ok with me and then ofcourse there's the really crazy shit I've seen over the years like in the case of 911 conspiracy signage. Well lately it's been all this anti-Israel/pro-palestinian up there which certainly didn't come as a shock to any of us. But this weekend we thought it might be nice for a change of scenery.

We got quite a boisterous public reaction for the entire hour we were there. The video link below is a sample of that

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e4LyLRtEn_g

On something of a side note here when it comes to all things SF Bay Area highways. Despite all the anti-Israel agitation around here this week including at the Port of Oakland apparently you can still find ZIM cargo containers being trucked on any given day. BDS fail, boo hoo : (

May 24th Update: I don't know if the BDSholes who put these signs up at the Strobridge pedestrian overpass bridge in Castro Valley were expecting to get them back or not. Well, I guess it doesn't matter any more at this point because that shit is mine now.

6 Years now since the pathetic BDS block the boat joke in Oakland California

ZIM north bound on 880 toward Port of Oakland
So here we are in 2020 and commerce between Israel and The West Coast is still flowing through The Port of Oakland as much as it ever was. The BDSholes who pulled that shit at The Port of Oakland 6 years ago took a bunch of selfies with palestinian flags and some stupid signs and just made up any kind of "success" story to go with the photos. That's pretty much the extent of a typical BDS victory. But even in the midst of this Covid-19 nightmare you can still see ZIM cargo containers every day being hauled to and from The Port of Oakland as seen in the photo above. And every time you do it's another BDS fail.

Speaking of all things Oakland, even in the midst of this God awful shitty Covid-19 pandemic shit storm there may be a silver lining aside from mother nature getting a bit a of reprieve from the impact of human activity. Reem's (Arab bakery with palestinian terrorist mural) appears to have seen better days. Any time of day and on any day of the week this is pretty much all you see there now. No signs about take out, delivery or about a temporary closure. Does this mean we've seen the last of Oakland's Bakery of Terror?

August 3rd Update: In other BDS fail news, English football club Luton Town switched it's kit provider from PUMA to Umbra. BDS was quick to claim it was a victory even though that there was no evidence that the switch had anything to do with politics. Based on an official club statement indeed it was just a business decision that had nothing to do with politics or the BS from BDS. Just another BDS fail, a BDS hoax from those desperate losers clamoring for some kind of victory. Just absolutely pathetic.

Happy 2020, Israeli ZIM to USA since 1950

Back in the early 2000s I went to this vintage poster advertising exhibit at The Jewish Community Center in San Francisco for all manner of things Israel related. This one was always one of my favorites and I'm surprised I never thought to post it here consider all the ZIM photos I've shot and posted here over the years.

And here we have some more vintage ZIM. As you can see this photo was shot in New York in what I what I believe was the 60s. But let's get back to more current stuff in The Bay Area . . .

San Leandro CA
San Leandro CA

2019 was another shit year for all the BS that is BDS and I'm going to do my part to make sure 2020 is another shit year for those BDSholes. I hope you'll join me.

Castro Valley Trader Joes
And just as a reminder, Wonder Woman 1984 comes out in June. This is the sequel to the smash hit 2017 film starring Jewish Israeli actress Gal Gadot. If you recall, BDS launched quite a smear campaign against Gadot back then in a pitiful attempt to harm ticket sales but that turned out to be yet a another epic BDS fail. Those BDS fools didn't learn their lesson with Trader Joes who they've gone after more then once so let's see what happens if they mess with Wonder Woman again.

Thanks PUMA for handing BDS yet another fail

If you live in The Bay Area and want to thank PUMA for standing up to BDS then come shop at their store at the San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore. If you go on the weekend just get there early it's the only shopping outlets center I've ever known to have valet parking that's how crazy busy it gets there.

You didn't think I was gonna forget to post a photo of a ZIM cargo container full of Israeli goodies here in The Bay Area did you?

November 20th Update: As you can see, just because the game ended in a 2 to 2 tie that doesn't mean that there wasn't a winner (Israel) and loser (BDS) yesterday.

Castro Valley Trader Joes
December 20th Update: By now most of you no doubt have heard about the latest Trader Joes BDS campaign fail over Israeli Feta cheese of all things. Keep in mind BDS has had a really shitty year and are now really desperate for anything they can claim as a "victory" as 2019 comes to a close.

Be sure to dress for the part if you're going to the Israeli embassy in Washington DC

Just got back from a vacation in Baltimore. While there I wen to DC a couple of times and made sure to stop at the Israeli embassy where by a small miracle i was able to sweet talk one of the personal there to take my iphone and take a photo of me.

September 25 Update: Meanwhile back in The San Francisco Bay Area there's no sign of BDS winning anything when it comes to the real. World here's some of what I saw yesterday alone in and around The port of Oakland.

October 6 Update: I like how The Castro Valley Forum used and Israeli flag instead of just a star of David.

The sweet taste of BDS FAIL

A friend of mine in Israel told me after the first time I found these chocolate hazelnut wafers (Manamim Metzopit found in certain specialty delis and groceries) here in the U.S. that these weren't considered to be top of the line desserts in Israel. But I don't care, they taste good to me and the back of the box reads "Product of Israel" which always leaves a foul taste in the mouths BDSholes. Money well spent!

And on something of a side note. Bamba, one of my favorite Israel snacks still readily found at your local Trader Joe's. Just as a reminder, years ago those BDSholes went after Trader Joes here in California. It completely back fired on them. Not only did Trader Joe's refuse to stop carrying Israeli products but they also saw an bump in sales. It was a beautiful BDS fail.

As BDS keeps on failing ZIM keeps on truckn in The S.F. Bay Area

Eric Swalwell vs barbara lee on anti BDS resolution 246 in the pages of The Castro Valley Forum

Castro Valley Forum Newspaper issue 30 July 31st 2019

This week's issue of The Castro Valley Forum printed my letter. It pretty much speaks for it's self. Just in case you didn't know yet the resolution passed by a very wide margin.

I'm going to pivot to another part of The West Coast when it comes to all thing BDS fail. I just recently got back from a trip to Seattle. I grabbed this visitor's guide for some lite reading for the flight back home but I wish I had taken a closer look at it while I was still in Seattle. I would have certainly made a point to stop at Aviv Hummus Bar while I was there so I guess I'll have to wait till next time. But it's nice to see the ad in the visitor's guide just the same as it was to see ZIM cargo containers at the port of Seattle.

BDS fails are all around us from the halls of Washington D.C. to The Great Pacific Northwest and down to The San Francisco Bay Area.

August 2nd Update: Red Sea Diving Resort staring Chris Evans who plays a Mossad agent instead of Captain America this time finally showed up on NetFlix in the past few days. The movie tells the story of Israel's operation to save Ethiopian Jews from genocide in war torn Sudan. I finished the movie last night and I enjoyed it despite the mediocre reviews it's gotten. It doesn't have the edge of your seat thrills and tension to the degree that Munich does or other Middle East dramas like The Kingdom or Argo. But it does have a clear cut story line and narrative with out getting bogged down in any convoluted mixed messaging as did 17 Days in Entebbe. Evans is compelling in his role and supported by a good cast. Not a great movie per se but over all still not bad either especially for a NetFlix original film check it out.

Chris Evans as Mossad agent Ari Levinson
Clearly NetFlix does not support BDS. Can't wait for season 3 of Fauda to come out!
